(rubbing her belly) "Mom, I still have my stomach ache."
"Hmm. How about some milk?"
(raising her finger in the air)"No, I have an idea! I need milk AND another cookie. That will make my stomach ache go away."

That Amanda is such a beauty! She is looking more and more like her Aunt Caroline. And Elizabeth is a girl after my own heart - nothing heals like a cookie!
I distinctly remember how an Oreo or several with a glasss of milk was Ron and Suzanne's solution to the common bellyache before bed....
