Audiogram

I have a 'holiday' post going, I promise.  Someday I might even finish it.  But something happened today that I cannot wait to share.  Colin had a booth test.  Let me put that another way. Colin ANNIHILATED a booth test.  His audiogram is one the most beautiful things I've ever seen.  I'm thinking of blowing it up and hanging it over our fireplace.  Sending it out as our Christmas card next year.  Making a flag out of it and hanging it on Flag Day.  Turning it into a business card and passing it out to random strangers on the street.  Nominating it for President.

See all those marks that are basically in a straight line near the top of this graph?  Without getting too technical, these letters and lines mean that he is hearing at approximately 25 decibels all the way across the different frequencies.  This kid can hear.  Out of not only his cochlear implant ear, but also his hearing aid ear.  Praise God.
