Before leaving for her first day at her new preschool.

And when I picked her up from school, we had the following actual conversation:
Me: What song did you sing in circle time today?
Amanda: We sang 'Old Macdonald had a farm, Eee, I, Eee, I, Oh."
Me: And what did you eat for snack today?
Amanda: We ate cheerios and a banana and water for snack.
Me: [stunned silence that she had actually answered two questions in a row with something other than 'yes' or 'no.']

Totally cute!! I can't believe she's going to preschool already. Our big next step is headed to Princess Ballet Class in September.
If she can give two coherent answers in a row, she's almost ready for college--at least at a state school.

LOL! I had a great time visiting with her yesterday--can't wait to do it again (of course I mean after we have forgotten about the paci basket) LOL!
