I am not exactly a "guest" poster on Samantha's blog; more of a hacker (after almost 10 years together, I think I know most of her passwords).
I just wanted to briefly hijack the blog to wish Samantha a Happy Birthday and remind people (since Samantha never would) that, in addition to being Texas Independence Day, March 2nd is Samantha's birthday. So I expect to see some birthday good wishes in the comments!

Well Samantha (Panther) I know that you aren't going to climb on the back of an elephant with your sister and lead half of Inwood Forest in a parade down the street, but I do hope that your birthday celebration is just as memorable and exciting. It has been such a privilege to watch you become the beautiful woman, wife and mother that you are today.I love you and admire you! You rock!
